This is one of the activities towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Readers vote online at: https://binhchon50sukien.hochiminhcity.gov.vn

Voting period from March 21 to March 31, 2025.

Voters are Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living, studying, and working in Ho Chi Minh City.

Each participant can vote for 1 - 50 typical events from a list of 57 events proposed by the voting council.

If an event is nominated by at least 30% of the participants, it will be considered by the voting panel for inclusion in the official event list.

In addition, participants can nominate new events with the event name, brief description of the event and illustrative images or videos if available.

The organizers said the voting results will be announced in April 2025, ahead of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.
