Grasping the development trend of online commerce, Ms. Luong Thi Nhung (owner of Sa Sung Manh Nhung production facility, Van Don district) has set up a Tiktok and Facebook channel, regularly livestreaming to sell and introduce products. The products have stable consumption, bringing in significant revenue compared to the traditional sales method before. Ms. Luong Thi Nhung shared: I often attend training sessions to gain more knowledge about e-commerce. In each livestream session, I sell about 500 - 700 orders, many of which are from customers outside the province. I also often apply discounts of 10% - 20% for customers who buy via livestream.
In recent times, many agricultural products and specialties of Van Don district such as: oyster floss, shrimp paste, squid rolls, fish sauce... have been promoted and distributed on many online channels such as websites, e-commerce platforms Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok... Product prices are clearly listed, information on origin is easy to look up, creating trust for consumers. According to Ms. Dang Thi Thu Hong, Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Van Don district, the district currently has 53 OCOP products, of which 41 products have achieved 3 stars, 11 products have achieved 4 stars and 1 product has achieved 5 stars. Local functional units and branches have proactively implemented many solutions to support sellers in creating attractive content, connecting effectively with customers, enhancing the value and competitiveness of local agricultural products. Companies and small and medium-sized business owners in the district also sell products live on the district's fanpages.
To date, 100% of the province's OCOP products have been posted on major e-commerce platforms and other online platforms, with the goal of connecting the province's agricultural and specialty products to domestic and international consumers. In particular, the Department of Industry and Trade has closely coordinated with functional agencies and technical solution providers... in training, guiding and supporting business households, cooperatives and enterprises to build websites, fanpages, email marketing and participate in online sales platforms. Thanks to that, most of the OCOP entities in the province own their own online sales channels, expanding the scope of product consumption and increasing the ability to reach potential customers.

According to Mr. Hoang Duc Kha, Deputy Director of the Quang Ninh Center for Promotion and Development of Industry and Trade, the core goal and foundation for the sustainable development of the Quang Ninh OCOP E-commerce Platform is the quality of products and the diversity of the product portfolio. In the coming time, the Center will continue to effectively manage the Quang Ninh OCOP E-commerce Platform in the direction of upgrading infrastructure to create a safe and effective trading environment; integrating with fairs, trade promotion, and exhibition activities; connecting with e-commerce platforms of other provinces and cities nationwide and internationally...
In addition, the province synchronously deploys many solutions to support enterprises, cooperatives, and agricultural production facilities in the province to develop sales management, marketing, logistics platforms and integrate cross-border electronic payment solutions; develop smart supply chain models, use big data to forecast market demand, especially for the province's key agricultural products... At the same time, strengthen management and develop human resources for the e-commerce industry; apply information technology in public administrative procedures to create favorable conditions for businesses operating in this field.
Synchronous solutions and clear development strategies help to more widely promote Quang Ninh's quality agricultural products and specialties to domestic and foreign consumers, actively contributing to the province's comprehensive digital transformation.
