The event took place in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together senior managers and representatives of leading businesses to seek breakthrough solutions for this potential industry.

The dialogue is both a practical activity in response to World Intellectual Property Day 2025, and also shows that management agencies are increasingly keeping abreast of the "pulse" of Vietnam's cultural industry.

In the context of the cultural and entertainment industry increasingly affirming its important role in the socio-economic picture of Vietnam, listening to voices from practice, from units directly involved in the production and development orientation of Vietnamese music is extremely necessary.

Mr. Tran Hoang, Director of the Copyright Department, emphasized that for music to truly become a strong industry, it is impossible to focus only on content creation but needs a synchronous ecosystem.

Mr. Hoang also particularly emphasized the strength of close connections between stages: from production, performance, engineering to business, and pointed out the importance of investing in high-quality human resources, perfecting copyright policies and continuously discovering and nurturing young talents - key factors that create a "healthy and competitive music ecosystem".

From the perspective of performance management, Director of the Department of Performing Arts Nguyen Xuan Bac frankly admitted the significant challenges in organizing current art events, even when big names are present. However, he also brought an optimistic signal: "More and more localities are showing their willingness to accompany businesses by supporting venues and infrastructure with appropriate budgets". According to him, this is an important "launching pad", creating conditions for music events to become increasingly professional, diverse and close to international trends.

In particular, the "problem" of location is a key factor, not only helping to ensure optimal organizational conditions, but also opening up opportunities to bring Vietnamese concerts to the regional level, attracting international artists to perform in Vietnam, thereby creating a spillover effect, promoting interdisciplinary development, especially tourism.

In addition, cultural events, especially large-scale events, need to be supported by unified and specific guidelines related to technical factors, such as: traffic plans, fire prevention and fighting, security and order, and synchronous permitting procedures. Because having a common framework of guidelines will help businesses easily plan, save implementation time, and at the same time contribute to ensuring quality and safety for artists, audiences, and the organizing locality.

Not only did the dialogue receive opinions, it also opened up many positive directions for the future. Representatives of participating businesses shared the same view that in order for the cultural industry in general and the music industry in particular to develop strongly and sustainably, there needs to be close coordination between management agencies, businesses, artists and local authorities. This connection will contribute to creating a positive creative environment, while helping policies to be built closer to reality, promoting clear effectiveness during implementation.

The dialogue has truly become an effective bridge between state management agencies and the business and artist community. The dedicated contributions from YeaH1 and other units are expected to be a valuable source of information, contributing to the improvement of mechanisms and policies, "fueling" the industry. music industry Vietnam has made a strong, professional breakthrough and reached international level in the new development stage.
