Associate Professor Ishizaka Yuko, head of the organizing committee of the 65th Annual Conference of the Japanese Society for Ningen Dock and Preventive Medicine, said that the Ningen Dock health check-up model has been developed over nearly 70 years. This model is likened to the periodic maintenance of vehicles and ships, helping to detect potential health problems at the earliest.

This model not only helps to take care of health more proactively but can also reduce the burden of costs in the health care process, just as the Vietnamese say "small fires are easy to put out, minor illnesses are easy to cure".

The special feature of this health examination model is that it highly emphasizes the responsibility of the doctor. When examining a patient's health according to this model, the doctor must have a process of consulting with the patient, guiding the patient to change their lifestyle, not simply returning the health examination results.

This model has been deployed by Bernard since February 2021. Based on the basic standard guidelines for examination packages from the association, the team of doctors and the Bernard Medical Council have designed an advanced in-depth screening package. This advanced in-depth screening package is fully equipped with modern equipment such as using full-body MRI, full-body CT scan, gastrointestinal endoscopy, etc.
