Pilot model of "Friendly Government", "Friendly Police" in Muong Luan commune

Leaders of the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Dien Bien Dong district witnessed members of the Steering Committee of Muong Luan commune signing a commitment to compete in implementing the model of "Friendly Government".

To deploy the pilot model of "Friendly Government" in communes, wards and towns, Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee has established a Steering Committee to build pilot models of the district and selected Muong Luan commune to build pilot models of "Friendly Government" and "Friendly Police".

The Party Committee of Muong Luan commune established a Steering Committee, organized a review of criteria, promptly supplemented and completed the document system to ensure direction and implementation. At the same time, repaired, arranged and renovated infrastructure and working equipment to serve the activities, such as: Computers, internet, tables, slogans, letter templates, arranged offices, cleaned the campus, pruned ornamental trees... The Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune organized the dissemination, propaganda and guidance for 100% of cadres and civil servants on the contents related to the model of "Friendly Government" with the goal of "Taking people's satisfaction as the destination".

For the "Friendly Police" model, Muong Luan Commune Police has publicly posted administrative procedures at the office; publicly announced the phone numbers of the chief, deputy chief of the commune police and officers and soldiers. Set up an email box, zalo address, facebook to receive opinions, suggestions and feedback from the people. Implementing the model aims to build a clean and strong Muong Luan Commune Police force with sufficient qualities, capacity and professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of the task of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level, concretizing the goal of "Building a society of order, discipline, security, safety and health".

At the launching ceremony, the Steering Committee of the "Friendly Government" and "Friendly Police" models of Muong Luan commune signed a commitment to compete in implementation.
