After more than 13 years of establishment and development, from a pristine sea area, Hai Tien beach has grown to become a dynamic sea area of ​​Thanh land, an attractive sea tourism area of ​​the North Central region and the whole country. Up to now, the tourist area has attracted investment capital of more than 20,000 billion VND to build and complete technical infrastructure and tourism infrastructure.

In 2024, the number of visitors and vacationers at Hai Tien beach reached more than 2.1 million; total revenue from the tourism industry reached 3,050 billion VND, an increase of 39% over the same period in 2023. In 2025, Hoang Hoa district strives to welcome 2.2 million tourists with the target revenue from tourism activities estimated at 3,500 billion VND.

These are important potential factors for tourism development, the center of which is Hai Tien Sea Tourism Area - an increasingly attractive destination for tourists.

The art program includes two chapters "Hai Tien, Thanh's hometown sea" and "Hai Tien shines".

After the opening ceremony, delegates, people and tourists enjoyed a special art program with the theme "Hai Tien - Aspiration to shine", including 2 chapters: "Hai Tien - Thanh's homeland sea" and "Hai Tien shines" with songs expressing the beauty of Hai Tien sea, the close relationship between people and the sea.

The program also brings vibrant, youthful, energetic dances, expressing the development aspirations of Hai Tien Beach Resort. In addition, there is a combination of videos, impressive sound and lighting effects.

Hai Tien Sea Tourism Festival is the opening event for the 2025 sea tourism season of Hoang Hoa district in particular and Thanh Hoa province in general, contributing to promoting and attracting tourists to Thanh Hoa this summer.
