MISA signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with ACB to build a digital financial ecosystem

On June 18, 2024, MISA Joint Stock Company (MISA) and Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement to deploy digital financial and payment solutions to help customers manage their finances effectively and access capital quickly and easily. Accordingly, through cooperation, MISA and ACB will build separate financial solutions for existing customers of both parties as well as new customers. Specifically, ACB's online payment solutions will be integrated directly on MISA's platforms and products such as tuition collection service on MISA EMIS education platform, payment service on MISA CukCuk restaurant management software, revenue/expenditure automation service on MISA AMIS accounting software and MISA ASP service accounting platform. From there, businesses can make payments easily, manage cash flow effectively, and reduce risks compared to using cash. Standing out from other solutions on the market, MISA's payment solution allows customers to reconcile and automatically account, helping the accounting and finance department increase productivity many times over. In addition to payment solutions, the two sides also combine to build credit packages tailored specifically for MISA customers and deployed through the MISA Lending business loan connection platform. This platform is "embedded" in MISA's software such as accounting software, electronic invoices, etc. to increase access to loans and optimize customer experience. Specifically, businesses can complete loan applications in less than 5 minutes right on MISA's software and receive results on the same day with an approval rate 8 times higher than traditional lending methods. The loan packages do not require collateral at all, suitable for the needs and conditions of Vietnamese small and medium enterprises (SMEs). By applying the embedded finance model, the two sides not only bring superior experiences to corporate customers but also provide the right solutions at the right time when customers need them. In parallel, ACB customers will also be consulted on MISA's leading digital transformation solutions such as financial management solutions, human resource management, marketing - sales, and business operations management.

The signing of a comprehensive cooperation agreement between MISA and ACB is expected to create synergy, bringing professional solutions and experiences to customers.
