Specifically, traders in Thanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, and Binh Thuan are purchasing live pigs at 61,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.

Pig prices in the Southern market were quiet compared to yesterday and fluctuated between 59,000 - 62,000 VND/kg.
Specifically, traders in Can Tho, Dong Thap, and Soc Trang are purchasing live pigs at 62,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.

On the other hand, traders in Ben Tre are purchasing live pigs at 59,000 VND/kg, the lowest price in the region.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 60,000 - 61,000 VND/kg.
In general, the pig market is stable today. According to a survey, traders in the three regions are purchasing pigs at around 58,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.
Last week, the live hog market recorded mixed fluctuations. In particular, the live hog price is showing signs of recovery in the Northern region with the return of the 64,000 VND/kg mark. After a downward adjustment in some localities at the beginning of the week, from November 1, the live hog price in the North has returned to a slight increase, trading in the range of 61,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.
