Night and morning will be cold; mountainous areas in the North will have some places with severe cold. Other areas will have scattered showers at night, sunny during the day.

“Dangerous weather phenomena such as fog, thunderstorms, lightning, frost and frost continue to appear nationwide, which can affect production and people's activities,” the meteorological agency noted.
