The North welcomes cold air, afternoon rain

It is forecasted that from this afternoon and evening (April 12), this cold air mass will affect the Northeast region, then affect the Northwest, North Central and North Central regions. Inland, the wind will change to Northeast level 3, coastal areas level 4-5, with gusts above level 6 in some places.

From tonight, the weather in the North and North Central regions will turn cold, and some mountainous areas in the North will be freezing.

From Thanh Hoa to Hue, it is cloudy, sunny during the day, especially in the western mountainous areas it is hot; in the evening and at night there is rain, showers and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain, especially in the area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh there is moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Light wind. During thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is 19-22 degrees. The highest temperature is 32-35 degrees, especially in the western mountainous areas it is 35-37 degrees, some places are over 37 degrees.
