The top 100 most delicious Vietnamese dishes were recently announced by the culinary website Taste Atlas, in which Quang noodles topped the list.
Taste Atlas, a website known as the “world cuisine map”, has just released a list of the 100 most delicious Vietnamese dishes for international diners to experience. Quang noodles are at the top of the list.
According to Taste Atlas, Quang noodles are a typical dish associated with the people of Quang Nam. Quang noodles are the dish that tourists think of immediately when they set foot in Quang Nam - Da Nang. This is a dish that combines long, soft noodles with rich meat broth and many typical herbs.
