Last weekend from October 25-26, 2024, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - MBBank Dien Bien Phu Branch, Hanoi coordinated with accompanying units such as: Hung Vuong General Hospital; Hai Duong TNV Port Mineral Service Production and Trading Joint Stock Company; 83 MART Supermarket to carry out the charity program "Warm Winter for Children" in Pa Lau Commune, Tram Tau District, Yen Bai Province.

On the side of the program organizer, there was the participation of: Colonel Le Thanh Nam - Director of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Dien Bien Phu branch as the head of the delegation and Mr. Do Dinh Minh - Deputy Director of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Dien Bien Phu branch directly with representatives of accompanying units, staff, union members, and youth of MB Dien Bien Phu branch to carry out the charitable journey bringing gifts from Hanoi capital to students and people in the highlands of Pa Lau, Tram Tau, Yen Bai.

Welcoming and supporting the volunteer group of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - MBBank Dien Bien Phu branch, Hanoi at Tram Tau, Yen Bai were: Lieutenant Colonel Le Trung Thanh - Deputy Head of Tram Tau District Police, Yen Bai; Mr. Giang A Long - Secretary of the Party Committee of Pa Lau Commune, Mr. Giang A De - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Pa Lau Commune and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Commune, cadres, civil servants of the Commune, Leaders of Pa Lau Boarding Primary and Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities; Pa Lau Commune Police, Tuc Dan Commune Police, Reporters of the District's Center for Communication and Culture and 34 households.

Here, the delegation presented gifts to 08 households to escape poverty, supported 26 households to build hygienic toilets; 02 households with special difficulties to repair and build houses. Total value of 100 million in cash

The delegation also presented gifts including learning equipment to Pa Lau Primary and Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, presented computers and printers to Pa Lau Commune Police, Tuc Dan Commune Police; Tram Tau District Police Security Team and presented gifts to Pa Lau Commune People's Committee to support the construction of a communal kitchen for Pa Lau Commune civil servants. The total value is nearly 60 million VND.
