MB leads in Vietnam customer satisfaction index 2024 banking industry
According to the VCSI 2024 Customer Satisfaction Index Survey conducted by KMAC, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) excellently achieved the Top 1, affirming its leading position among banks in Vietnam. On December 19, the Vietnam Customer Satisfaction Index - VCSI 2024 Certificate Award Ceremony took place at Lotte Hotel, Hanoi. The event was co-organized by Korea Management Consulting Company (KMAC) - a leading consulting organization with over 50 years of experience in Korea and AASC Auditing Company Limited.
The VCSI survey is conducted to assess the current state of industries in Vietnam, improve management efficiency with a customer-centric strategy and promote national competitiveness. The event aims to honor outstanding businesses that have achieved high customer trust in 2024, and introduce a customer satisfaction measurement model according to international standards.
In 2024, the VCSI survey assessed customer satisfaction of 25 units in 7 business fields. Accordingly, MB achieved the Top 1 customer satisfaction index in the Finance - Banking industry. This is a testament to MB's efforts in the journey to win customers' trust over the past 30 years. It is known that MB has recently successfully organized the "MB Impressions in Me" contest in 2024 for MB customers to celebrate the bank's 30th anniversary. The contest received a great response with 1,184 works from 1,118 MB customers from all over the country and abroad. Diverse customer groups from all ages, industries, from individuals and businesses.
