MB has a new Deputy General Director

Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB - HoSE: MBB) has just issued a Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoc to the position of Deputy General Director and Director of Information Technology of the Bank's Group, effective from July 2, 2024.

The maximum term of appointment is 5 years. Mr. Hoc was born in 1980, has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Information Technology, and a Master's degree in Business Administration - Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

He has been working at MB for more than 20 years. He has held many important positions at MB such as Head of CBS Development Department, Head of Information Technology Administration Department (2012-2017 model), Deputy Director of Operation and Support Center (2012-2017 model), Deputy Director of IT Division, Director of IT Division and Director of IT Group and has successfully completed assigned tasks for many years.

Before being appointed as Deputy General Director, he was a Member and Director of Information Technology of MB Group since March 2022.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoc was appointed Deputy General Director of MB.

According to information on the website, MB currently has a total of 14 members of the Executive Board, headed by General Director Pham Nhu Anh.

On the same day, MB also announced the addition of internal employees. Accordingly, 6 members of the Executive Board including Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc, Mr. Vu Hong Phu, Ms. Tran Thi Bao Que, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Mr. Le Xuan Vu and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoc will become internal employees of MB from July 1, 2024, based on MB's Charter.

On June 15, MB's extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders elected members of the Board of Directors (BOD) and Supervisory Board (SB) for the 2024 - 2029 term with 11 BOD members (including 1 independent member) and 5 SB members.

Accordingly, the new Board of Directors of MB includes 4 old members: Mr. Luu Trung Thai, Ms. Vu Thi Hai Phuong, Ms. Vu Thai Huyen, Mr. Le Viet Hai and 7 new faces: Mr. Pham Nhu Anh, Mr. Pham Doan Cuong, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Ly; Mr. Vu Xuan Nam; Mr. Vu Thanh Trung and Mr. Hoang Van Sam. Mr. Luu Trung Thai continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of MB .
