It is likely that the new Motorola Razr 50s flip smartphone is about to launch with a fairly cheap price of only about 10 to 12 million VND, promising to create a boost in the market.
Motorola Razr 50s has appeared on the Geekbench platform. Experts say that this flip smartphone will have a configuration between the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra (also known as Razr 2024 and Razr Plus 2024).

According to the performance test results, Motorola Razr 50s scored 1,040 points in single-core and 3,003 in multi-core. However, detailed specifications have not been announced by the company.
For comparison, the Motorola Razr 2024 scored 1,051 points in the single-core test and 3,032 points in the multi-core test. This means that the new budget flip device is almost as powerful as its predecessors.
Other details revealed include the Motorola Razr 50s will be powered by a MediaTek 7300 chipset, with a base clock speed of 2GHz and 8GB of RAM. The octa-core ARM processor is split into two clusters, each with four cores. The device will come pre-installed with Android 14.
The Motorola Razr 50s is considered a budget version compared to the Razr 2024 which starts at $700 and the Razr Plus 2024 which starts at $1,000. Therefore, it could have a selling price of around $400 to $500 (equivalent to VND 10 to 12 million).
This is a super cheap price for a flip smartphone at the moment, while still maintaining relatively good performance.
Motorola's Razr 2024 smartphone is one of the best-value flip devices on the market right now, so a new, more affordable version promises to make a splash, and could even be a strong contender for best smartphone of the year if done right.
