Accordingly, in the morning of the same day, the pile drilling machine officially started drilling piles to construct the overpass at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap Street after many days of "inactivity". Many machines and human resources were also mobilized to construct at this intersection. This is one of the three special priority areas for the construction of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project through Bien Hoa City.

Regarding the site at the beginning of the project, during the inspection on the same morning, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee Ho Van Nam said that up to now, the majority of households have agreed to hand over the site. Accordingly, the site at the beginning of the project has ensured the synchronous implementation of construction items at this intersection.

At the same time, working groups of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee Standing Committee are continuing to propagate and mobilize and handle petitions of people who have not yet handed over their land. Specifically, on the same morning, more than 200 households who have not yet handed over their land in Phuoc Tan Ward were invited to gather to directly dialogue with leaders of the City People's Committee regarding petitions in implementing support and compensation policies when the State reclaims land.

After the City People's Committee leaders answered questions about people's concerns, as well as promptly handled people's petitions in accordance with regulations, many households agreed to sign a commitment to hand over the site to serve the construction of a national key project.

Along with the propaganda and mobilization work, Bien Hoa City is continuing to develop plans to implement strong measures against households who do not agree to hand over the land. Up to now, Bien Hoa City People's Committee has issued 188 decisions to enforce land acquisition for the project section through Phuoc Tan Ward and the majority of households have agreed to hand over the land. However, after the last propaganda and mobilization on March 29 and 30 for households that had a decision on enforcement but did not hand over the land, Secretary of the City Party Committee Ho Van Nam directed Bien Hoa City People's Committee, Phuoc Tan Ward People's Committee to coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to carry out enforcement measures on March 31.

As of today, March 29, in addition to completing 100% of the handover of the site to implement the Tam Phuoc ward project with 364/364 households agreeing to hand over the site, in Phuoc Tan ward, there are also nearly 800 households agreeing to hand over the site.
