The topping-out ceremony marks another milestone for the project, bringing it closer to completion and handover, with the goal of providing customers with a luxurious green living space in the heart of the city and a civilized, modern international community at LUMIÈRE Boulevard.
Strategically located in the heart of the Grand Park urban area, right on Ring Road 3, LUMIÈRE Boulevard is one of the most anticipated projects in the East of Ho Chi Minh City. This project boasts unique 3D green architecture and is a leading-scale development in Ho Chi Minh City, pioneering the vertical integration of green spaces surrounding the apartments.
The five apartment towers at LUMIÈRE Boulevard are covered by 24 vertical gardens that extend from the rooftop to the ground floor, blending seamlessly with the impressively designed internal gardens to create a vast green space totaling 4 hectares. The towers have completed their structural frameworks and are currently undergoing finishing work on their facades and interiors.
The topping-out milestone of the LUMIÈRE Boulevard project in March 2023 is the result of close collaboration between Masterise Homes and its experienced and world- leading project development partners, including Tange - architectural design firm, Land Sculptor - landscape design firm, Studio HBA - interior design firm, Mace - construction management and supervision firm, and Delta - construction contractor. The construction team, contractors, and consultants have dedicated millions of hours to maintain project progress and ensure Masterise Homes' commitment to handover.

Upon completion, LUMIÈRE Boulevard promises to be a leading vibrant hub in Thu Duc City. Residents of LUMIÈRE Boulevard will benefit from two layers of amenities. One layer is the comprehensive urban amenities system including schools, international hospitals, shopping centers, office buildings, and a large park. The other layer is a series of amenities exclusively for LUMIÈRE Boulevard residents, such as: a 65m spaceship-shaped swimming pool – longer than the Olympic standard, a jacuzzi with hydrotherapy massage, a sports area, BBQ facilities, and an outdoor cinema…

According to projections, the LUMIÈRE Boulevard apartments will be completed and handed over with basic furnishings and high-end equipment from many renowned brands in 2023.
