Counting down 2 months before the transfer exam, the pressure in the review process and school selection becomes more obvious and stressful for many students. Therefore, the High School Help Kit project continues to organize MASKA 2025 to continue its mission of supporting parents and students to learn about the transfer exam, especially the entrance exam to specialized schools.

MASKA 2025 has the participation of nearly 100 speakers who are specialized students in Hanoi such as: Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, Foreign Language High School, University of Education High School for the Gifted... with outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements to convey experiences and directly advise on exams for middle school students.

In addition to professional consulting, the program also has dedicated areas for psychologists and nutritionists, aiming to provide students with comprehensive physical and mental preparation. The program has 5 main areas including: 1V1 area (specialized subject consulting); Museum area (direct introduction to documents and reference books during the exam preparation process); Expert area (psychological and nutritional consulting); Connection area; and Creative area.

As a student currently preparing for exams, Cong Minh, a 9th grader, was particularly interested in the nutrition consultation and was impressed with the expert's sharing. He said: "When I was at home, I didn't pay much attention to my diet and often skipped meals. But after the consultation, I realized that I needed to change to have better health for the final exam preparation period."

Candidates have access to practical information, study strategies and advice for each specialized exam subject.

In addition to students, many parents also came to the event with the desire to better understand their children's psychology and health during the high pressure period before the exam. Ms. Do Thi Thuy Kieu (Cau Giay District) shared after participating in the 1v1 consultation area: "I found the students here very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Although my child still has a year left before the exam, I want to take the opportunity to learn early to have a clear direction. Thanks to the sharing from those who have experienced the exam, I understand more about which subjects my child should focus on and how to plan his studies so as not to be confused when entering the final year of high school."

At the event, Dr. Pham Van Hue, a psychologist (currently holding the position of Deputy Head of Training Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi) also said that 9th graders may face a lot of pressure from the expectations of their families, schools and themselves, especially in the final stage before the transition exam. Without proper support, these pressures can easily lead to prolonged stress and serious psychological problems.

“Families and schools should arrange a reasonable schedule for their children and take time to restore their health and spirit so that they have enough health and alertness to enter the exam,” Dr. Pham Van Hue shared.

The Expert Area attracts the attention of many parents and students.

Officially operating since 2018, High School Help Kit has successfully organized 14 seasons of events. With the MASKA 2025 festival, the organizers hope to bring not only knowledge, but also motivation and inspiration to the "candidates" on their journey to the finish line. The event takes place today, with morning and afternoon consultation sessions, providing students with the opportunity to experience.

High School Help Kit is a non-profit project founded by a group of students from specialized high schools in Hanoi, with the aim of helping parents and students better understand the transfer exam.

The project aims to build a bridge between speakers who are students with outstanding achievements in high school exams, school mental health experts, students and parents interested in the transition exam as well as between students themselves.
