Under the Quang Nam Business Association, the Quang Nam Young Entrepreneurs Club (CBL) since its establishment (September 2019) had only 7 members but now this number has increased to more than 150 people.
Mr. Phan Ngoc Minh - Chairman of the Quang Nam Young Entrepreneurs Club said that from the early days of its establishment, the club faced many difficulties, because the number of members was small, so the scale of connection and expansion of membership was slow. However, thanks to the introduction of leaders at all levels, localities and previous businessmen, it gradually connected many members.
"A few months after its establishment, the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, leading to a global economic recession, affecting the economic growth of the country and the province. However, it was at this time that the role of the Young Entrepreneurs Club was brought into play," said Mr. Minh.
"From the activities of connecting and supporting businesses, the team of young entrepreneurs is increasingly gathered, the Club's Executive Board is strengthened, attracting enthusiastic, dynamic and creative people, contributing to the development of the Young Entrepreneurs Club"

According to Mr. Minh, the most basic goal of the Quang Nam Young Entrepreneurs Club is to connect members and support each other in production and business activities. Therefore, the Club Executive Committee often visits each enterprise, surveys the scale and production and business capacity, listens to the thoughts and aspirations of entrepreneurs to promptly provide guidance and support.
Once all members have been informed, the Quang Nam Young Entrepreneurs Club will expand its connections with groups in the province and nationwide to provide support. Specifically, it will regularly monitor trade promotion programs and conferences to introduce members to participate. These include promotion programs on specific topics such as agriculture, OCOP, export, construction materials, etc. From here, members can expand their markets and hone their leadership and business management skills.

"In addition, the club also connects members through sports activities, exchanges with other provinces and agencies and units in the province. Sports with high community value such as football, tennis, pickleball... have helped businessmen connect with each other, creating a healthy playground, exchanging and sharing business opportunities" - Mr. Minh added.
Go far together
Mr. Truong Vinh Bao - Director of KHP Hoa Phong Co., Ltd., a unit specializing in manufacturing and printing supporting products for the F&B industry such as cups, boxes, packaging... Previously, Mr. Bao only knew about the community and groups related to the industry in which he was operating.
However, when the economy is in recession, all industries fall into crisis. In mid-2023, Truong Vinh Bao joined the BNI business connection organization in Tam Ky City, which gathers many entrepreneurs in different industries and supports them in the production and business process.
"I came to BNI because there are many talented people in the business world, so I will have the opportunity to learn production and business experience from the business community. More surprisingly, BNI plays the true role of connecting businesses when members of the organization buy and sell cross-products to each other, introducing each other to product development opportunities.
For example, when a construction company contracts to build a restaurant or cafe, that company will introduce other members of BNI to provide materials, packaging, marketing services, sign printing, etc. In 12 months of operation, BNI members in Tam Ky have given each other more than 2,000 business opportunities with more than 90 billion VND in revenue" - Mr. Bao shared.

As for Mr. Tran Quang Vu - Director of Quang Vu Gift Production Company Limited, he is not from Quang Nam but decided to start a business in Tam Ky City. Previously, his relationships also focused on customers and employees, with little interaction and connection with the local business community.
Around August 2023, Mr. Vu joined the OBC organization, which gathered many Quang Nam businesses. From here, his relationships were expanded, acquiring many skills, knowledge and experiences from previous businesses through sharing activities, short and intensive training.
"I used to be very shy around crowds. Even though I was a business owner, I was quite self-conscious about public communication and mainly worked internally. However, at OBC, I was able to unleash new abilities, when I confidently spoke and shared personal stories in front of hundreds of people," said Mr. Vu.
The business community is willing to share strengths, management secrets, and effective business operations. In addition, we also participate in specialized training activities, listening to experts in many fields share. From here, leadership and team management capacity is significantly improved. The saying "if you want to go far, go together" is really true for us.

Uyen Lee Aesthetics is a unit operating in the field of spa, intensive skin care, acne and melasma treatment with the first facility in Tam Ky City and has now developed a system in neighboring provinces such as Da Nang City, Quang Ngai with more than 100 employees. In addition to performing well in professional work, Uyen Lee Aesthetics is also known by many people for implementing volunteer and social security activities.
Ms. Le Thi Phuong Uyen - owner of Uyen Lee Beauty System said that charity programs are often planned by management at the beginning of the year, allocating a budget of 3-5% of revenue to implement. Uyen Lee's staff also proactively builds their own fund from internal reward activities to contribute to charity programs organized by the unit.

According to Mr. Phan Ngoc Minh - Chairman of Quang Nam Young Entrepreneurs Club, although they are small and medium enterprises, the club members have actively demonstrated social responsibility in social security and charity work.
Recently, the Club has mobilized funds to support the construction of 3 houses for policy families under the province's temporary housing elimination program, and mobilized 100 million VND in support for people in the northern provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
