Welcoming the reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska in Ho Chi Minh City was the appearance of the Top 3 Miss World Vietnam 2022 including: Miss Mai Phuong, Miss Bao Ngoc and Runner-up Phuong Nhi.

In addition to Miss World Karolina Bielawska as a guest judge, the jury of Miss World Vietnam 2023 includes: Ms. Pham Kim Dung (Head of the Committee), Miss Luong Thuy Linh (Deputy Head of the Committee), designer Le Thanh Hoa, Miss Tran Tieu Vy, Miss Do Thi Ha and actress Van Trang.
Before the final round of Miss World Vietnam 2023, the Organizing Committee also announced the secondary awards and winners including: Talented Beauty (contestant Nguyen Ngan Ha, born in 2003, from Nghe An); Courageous Beauty (Pham Thi Tu Trinh, born in 1999, from Binh Phuoc); Sports Beauty (Bui Thi Hong Trang, born in 2002, from Quang Ninh) and Fashion Beauty (Huynh Tran Y Nhi, born in 2002, from Binh Dinh). According to the Organizing Committee of Miss World Vietnam 2023, the 4 girls who won the secondary awards will go straight to the Top 20 of Miss World Vietnam 2023.
The final round of Miss World Vietnam 2023 will take place at 8:00 p.m. on July 22 in Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh). The top 40 contestants will compete to find the owner of this year's Miss World Vietnam crown.
Karolina Bielawska (24 years old) graduated with a degree in business management and is currently studying for a master's degree. The Polish beauty was crowned Miss World 2022. She has many years of experience as a fashion model. Bielawska is likened to a Barbie doll because she is 1.79 m tall, has big round eyes, bright blonde hair, and a radiant smile.
In June 2022, she won the "Miss of the Misses" election organized by beauty site Global Beauties .
