Hanoi Spring Melody is an event in the Hanoi Tet program series of Hanoi Radio and Television.
The program brings together famous artists such as: People's Artist Thanh Lam, People's Artist Mai Hoa, singer My Linh, singer Uyen Linh, Ha Myo, Ngoc Khue, Luu Huong Giang, Ngu Cung band... and young faces who grew up from the Hanoi Singing Contest such as: Singer Moc An, Ninh Trinh Quang Minh, Minh Ngoc (Chou Tu Ngoc), Dang Ngoc Anh...

First time being introduced to the audience, Hanoi Spring Melody with a special stage at Cau Giay Lake (next to the new Children's Palace), was conceived and designed by director Ngo Quy Duong.
The event includes performances that harmoniously combine contemporary and folk, modern and traditional, using the most modern technologies such as led vision drone, flying silk dance with sound wind system... creating a harmony of sound, light and performance effects.
To open the program, Uyen Linh will perform the song " The First Spring" by musician Van Cao, People's Artist Mai Hoa will perform "Spring Dream" , My Linh will bring "The Interchange of Seasons" , Ha Myo will perform "Xam Four Seasons of Hanoi Flowers "...
The program brings more than 20 musical pieces, belonging to many genres such as: Classical music, folk music, Xam, contemporary folk music, jazz, rock, rap... Traditional songs and new hits are harmoniously interwoven, in a new way.

According to the Organizing Committee, the songs are recreated in a luxurious space with the colors of 1930s jazz music. There are songs played by a 30-piece symphony orchestra, or songs set to Tet scenes, with a 1:1 scale train car, 18m long...
The organizers hired 5 large wooden boats filled with lotus flowers from Huong Pagoda, along with 5 boatmen and dancers… to create an elaborate and beautiful performance.
Hanoi Spring Melody is broadcast on television, radio channels and digital platforms of Hanoi Radio and Television at 8-9:30 pm on the first day of Lunar New Year (January 29).
