Review of "Life is still beautiful" episode 21 aired on the evening of May 29 revealed the scene where Bat (Tuan Anh) continued to ask for money from Mrs. Tinh after making her faint earlier. While the two sides were struggling, Luu (Meritorious Artist Hoang Hai) and Luyen (Thanh Huong) appeared to stop them.

Luu and Luyen visited Mrs. Tinh and discovered that Mrs. Tinh was being extorted for money by Bat.

In another development, Luyen tried to persuade Hoa (Anh Tho) to be less tense with Luu after discovering the love affair between Nga (Ha Dan) and Thach (Viet Hoang). Seeing Hoa worried that her daughter was unwise in choosing a lover who "has no future", Luyen encouraged and comforted her: "I think Thach has a very good future.
