Brigade 954 tests professional soldiers' vocational skills

The inspection included 166 technical specialists from agencies and units in the brigade. The inspection content included theories on specialized fields of aviation equipment, engine aircraft, aviation weapons, radio electronics, motorbikes, etc.; regulations and regimes of the industry related to professional skills and implementation of the Campaign on "Management and exploitation of technical equipment and weapons that are good, durable, safe, economical and safe for traffic". Along with that, the practical test combined with oral questions and paper operations to handle situations of exploitation, operation, preservation, maintenance, calibration and repair of technical equipment of all types of aircraft and engines in the establishment.

The inspection aims to evaluate the qualifications and capacity of the staff directly managing, exploiting and using technical equipment, as a basis for considering and proposing salary increases, military rank increases; and arranging and transferring according to current regulations.
