Lieutenant Colonel Chu Quang Vinh, Political Commissar of the Brigade, requested officers and soldiers in the entire Brigade, especially officers in charge at all levels, to promote the achieved results, thoroughly grasp and grasp the tasks; concretize the spirit of "5 determinations, 5 initiatives" according to the direction of the General Secretary and "3 no's" of the Prime Minister at the Central Military Commission Conference.
