The bank's new brand has been changed to be simple, easy to remember, and easy to read. The new logo image inherits from the old logo but is designed to be more modern and dynamic. Thereby, it brings the image of a dynamic, friendly bank, always ready with the mission of bringing the highest benefits to customers, shareholders, employees and the community.
According to the record, this morning, LPBank headquarters at 210 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi, and branches/transaction offices nationwide, the logo system and signboards have basically been replaced. At the same time, LPBank also deployed "brand color coating" through a roadshow campaign at 99 branches and transaction offices nationwide.
Notably, the bank also changed the domain name on its customer websites. Accordingly, the old domain name “…lienvietpostbank.com.vn” has now been changed to “…lpbank.com.vn”.
The process of transforming LPBank's brand identity is said to be implemented according to a roadmap, and will be gradually transformed according to the principle of ensuring savings, efficiency and suitability to the specific conditions of the bank.
Changing brand identity is considered a strategic step of LPBank to start a new development phase.
Currently, LPBank's leadership has also been consolidated. Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. In addition, the bank's Board of Directors also has 3 Vice Chairmen and 3 Board Members. The Board of Directors has 15 members, of which Mr. Ho Nam Tien is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Acting General Director.
Speaking at the annual meeting of LPBank's General Meeting of Shareholders in April, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy said that the bank aims for "strong and comprehensive change" in 2023 and the following years, becoming the leading retail bank in Vietnam - "a bank for everyone".
On the stock market, LPB shares are currently trading around VND14,000, up more than 6% compared to a month ago. In the trading session on May 25, despite the market correction, LPB still achieved a slight increase of 0.36%.
