Accordingly, LPBank's Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Vu Nam Huong as Deputy General Director and Director of Corporate Banking. The term of office is 12 months from the effective date of March 20, 2024.

In a related development, in February 2024, LPBank's Board of Directors dismissed Ms. Vu Thu Hien from the position of Deputy General Director from February 6, 2024 at her personal request.
Ms. Hien was born on November 7, 1970 and has been Deputy General Director of LPBank since 2019. She previously held the position of Director of LPBank - Thang Long branch.
After dismissing Ms. Hien and appointing Ms. Vu Nam Huong, LPBank's Board of Directors will have a total of 11 members with Mr. Ho Nam Tien as General Director.
LPBank is expected to hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 27 at Ninh Binh Legend Hotel, 177 Le Thai To Street, Xuan Thanh Urban Area, Ninh Khanh Ward, Ninh Binh City. At the meeting, the bank will submit a report on the election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the fourth term .
