The Board of Directors of Lien Viet Post Commercial Bank ( LPBank , HoSE: LPB) recently issued an announcement regarding the recruitment and appointment of personnel.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors of LPBank has appointed Ms. Vu Nam Huong to the position of Deputy General Director and Director of the Corporate Customer Division. The term of office is 12 months, effective from March 20, 2024.
Ms. Vu Nam Huong, born in 1983 in Hai Duong , holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the National Economics University. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the finance and banking sector, holding numerous important positions at major financial institutions and organizations, including Director of Capital and Financial Business, Chief Financial Officer of VNDirect Securities Joint Stock Company, Member of the Board of Directors of IPA Investment Group Joint Stock Company, and Member of the Board of Directors of PTI Post Insurance Corporation.

In a related development, in February 2024, the Board of Directors of LPBank dismissed Ms. Vu Thu Hien from her position as Deputy General Director effective February 6, 2024, at her own request.
Ms. Hien was born on November 7, 1970, and has served as Deputy General Director of LPBank since 2019. She previously held the position of Director of LPBank's Thang Long branch.
Following the dismissal of Ms. Hien and the appointment of Ms. Vu Nam Huong, the Board of Directors of LPBank will have a total of 11 members, with Mr. Ho Nam Tien as the General Director.
LPBank plans to hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 27th at the Ninh Binh Legend Hotel, 177 Le Thai To Street, Xuan Thanh Urban Area, Ninh Khanh Ward, Ninh Binh City. At the meeting, the bank will present a proposal for the election of additional members to the Board of Directors for the fourth term .
