In March 2024, the number of visitors and tourists to the province reached about 1.53 million, an increase of 5 times compared to the same period in 2023. In the first 3 months of 2024, the number of tourists is estimated at over 2.79 million, an increase of 2.2 times compared to the same period in 2023. Total revenue from tourists in March 2024 reached 3,825 billion VND, an increase of 5.9 times compared to the same period. Total revenue from tourists in the first 3 months of 2024 reached 6,835 billion VND, an increase of 2.6 times compared to the same period in 2023. Information from the Statistics Office of Binh Dinh province said that the province's retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue in May is estimated at more than 10 trillion VND. Of which, retail sales of goods reached over VND7,600 billion; revenue from accommodation and catering services reached over VND1,500 billion, up 7.7% over the previous month, up 33.4% over the same period.
