It is known that all 5 bonds were mobilized by Dong Duong Real Estate in March 2020 and matured in March 2024, with an issuance interest rate of 12%/year and were consulted and arranged by HD Securities Joint Stock Company.

Previously, in 2022, this enterprise recorded positive business results when reporting a profit after tax of more than 118 billion VND, a sharp increase compared to the profit of nearly 500 million VND in 2021. Entering the first 6 months of 2023, Dong Duong Real Estate also made a profit of more than 78 billion VND.

It is known that Dong Duong Real Estate was established in February 2010, currently with Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hang (born in 1971) as General Director and legal representative. Charter capital as of the most recent announcement date (March 25, 2022) is 800 billion VND.

At the beginning of 2023, this company recorded about 1,183 billion VND in bond debt, but according to the announcement on HNX, by the end of the first half of 2023, the outstanding bond debt at this company had returned to 0.

Tam Giang General Entertainment Joint Stock Company was established in March 2017 with a charter capital of 639 billion VND, headquartered in the center of Hue City. This company registered its main business line as sports facilities, in addition to real estate business and travel agency.

Updated to August 2022, the company's charter capital reached 1,000 billion VND. Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan (born in 1982) is the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the company.
