Revealing the most expensive streets in Ho Chi Minh City according to the new land price list

According to the newly adjusted land price list of Ho Chi Minh City, residential land prices have increased from about 3 - 38 times compared to residential land prices stipulated in Decision 02/2020 (not multiplied by coefficient K - land price adjustment coefficient).

In District 1 , the average land price has been adjusted to increase by more than 3 times to more than 5 times compared to the old price list. In particular, the highest land price on Nguyen Hue, Le Loi, Dong Khoi streets has a new price of 687.2 million VND/m2, an increase of more than 3 times compared to the old price list.

In District 3 , the average land price increased from 2.3 times to 5.6 times. The highest new land price is 305 million VND/m2 on a section of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street and Hai Ba Trung Street.

In Thu Duc City , the average land price increased from 4.5 times to 25 times. The highest land price is 295 million VND/m2 on Tran Bach Dang, To Huu, Nguyen Thien Thanh, Nguyen Co Thach streets. Thu Duc City also added land prices on a series of new streets, from 33 million VND to 163 million VND/m2.

In District 4 , the average land price increased from more than 6 times to 8.2 times. The highest new land price is 246 million VND/m2 on Hoang Dieu street.

In District 5 , the average land price increased from 3.3 times to 5.5 times. The highest new land price is 260 million VND on An Duong Vuong street.

In District 6 , the average land price increased from 3 to 8 times. The highest land price is 226 million VND/m2 on Tran Binh Street.

In District 7 , the average land price increased from 5.5 times to more than 11 times compared to the old price. The highest land price is on Nguyen Thi Thap Street and a section of Nguyen Van Linh Street with 145 million VND/m2. District 7 has new roads with added land prices, such as: residential area south of Rach Ba Buom, City Land residential area... most of which have prices of 48.6 million VND/m2.

In District 8 , land prices increased from more than 5 times to more than 17 times. The highest increase was in the new residential area of ​​Ward 7, increasing 17.25 times, from 4 million VND/m2 to 73 million VND/m2. The highest land price was on Duong Ba Trac Street at 160 million VND/m2, followed by Au Duong Lan at 145 million VND/m2.

In District 10 , land prices increased from 3.3 to 5.3 times. The highest price is on 3/2 Street with prices from 245 million VND/m2.

In District 11 , the average land price increased from 3.6 times to 56.2 times. The highest land price is 210 million VND/m2 on Ly Thuong Kiet street.

In District 12 , the average land price increased from 8 to 13 times, the highest being 101 million VND/m2 on Phan Van Hon Street. District 12 also added land prices on many new routes, with prices ranging from 23 to 70 million VND/m2.

In Tan Binh district , the average land price increased from 4.5 times to nearly 9 times, the highest being 224 million VND/m2 on Ly Thuong Kiet street.

In Phu Nhuan district , the average land price increased from 4.6 times to 8.4 times, the highest being 272 million VND/m2 on Nguyen Van Troi street.

In Binh Tan district , the average land price increased from 6.5 times to 13 times. The highest price is 105 million VND/m2 on Kinh Duong Vuong street. Binh Tan district also added land prices on new roads with prices ranging from 23.7 million VND to 90.7 million VND/m2.

In Tan Phu district , the average land price increased from 5.5 times to 12.6 times, the highest being 129 million VND/m2 on Luy Ban Bich street.

In Go Vap district , the average land price increased from 4.7 times to 8.8 times, the highest being more than 133 million VND/m2 on Quang Trung street.
