Revealing the business that won the auction for the "golden land" lot of nearly 2,300m2 in Da Nang

(Dan Tri) - A 3-frontage land plot, nearly 2,300 square meters wide in Da Nang was successfully auctioned at a high price. The enterprise will use the land to build a kindergarten.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just recognized the auction results of land lot A8 in the expanded Area E - Residential area Nam Cam Le bridge (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district).

The total area of ​​the above land is 2,277m2, with 3 frontages on Con Dau 4, Con Dau 6 and Con Dau 7 streets (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district) and has completed the site clearance work. The land was auctioned by Da Nang city to invest in building a kindergarten with a starting price of 184,893 VND/m2/year.

According to the announcement, Van Phuc Kindergarten Investment Joint Stock Company (Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City) won the auction for the above land plot at VND397,528/m2/year. Thus, the price difference is VND212,635/m2/year, 2.15 times higher than the starting price. The legal representative of this company is Mr. Dang Hung Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Da Nang City requires Van Phuc Kindergarten Investment Joint Stock Company to pay land use fees according to the notice of the City Tax Department. If the company does not pay or does not pay enough auction winning money, after 120 days from the date of approval of the results, the competent authority will cancel the decision to recognize the auction winning results.

Regarding land auctions, the People's Committee of Da Nang City has just announced the auction of land use rights for 120 subdivided residential plots in Thanh Khe, Lien Chieu, Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, Cam Le, Hai Chau districts and Hoa Vang district.

These plots will be divided into four auctions, taking place in November and December.
