(CLO) The organizers said that the art exchange program to perform the intangible cultural heritage of Linh Lang Dai Vuong worship relics with the theme "Linh Lang - Sacred energy converges - Long Bien shines" will take place at 8:10 p.m. on March 8, 2025 (February 9, At Ty year) at the Truong Lam communal house and pagoda relic complex, Viet Hung ward, Long Bien district.
On the afternoon of March 4, 2025 in Hanoi, the People's Committee of Long Bien district held a press conference to inform about the art exchange program to perform Intangible Cultural Heritage with the theme "Linh Lang - Sacred energy converges - Long Bien shines".
The program organized on the occasion of Linh Lang Dai Vuong Festival is taking place in many localities across the country, including 13 places of worship of Linh Lang Dai Vuong in Long Bien district, especially Truong Lam Communal House Festival - a festival listed as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2018.

Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee - Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Bien District said: "The art program of exchanging and performing intangible cultural heritage of Linh Lang Dai Vuong worshiping relics aims to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels. In addition, the program is also organized to implement Plan No. 127-KH/QU dated July 18, 2022 of the Long Bien District Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU dated February 22, 2022 of the City Party Committee on "developing cultural industry in the capital, period 2021-2025, orientation to 2030, vision to 2045"; Plan No. 438/KH-UBND dated November 7, 2024 of the District People's Committee on preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage in Long Bien district until 2025 and the following years; Plan No. 01/KH-UBND dated January 2, 2025 of the District People's Committee on managing relics and organizing traditional festivals in Long Bien district in 2025.
The activity also aims to implement Decision No. 2068/QD-BVHTTDL dated August 3, 2023 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on promulgating the set of criteria for cultural behavior in festivals, the plan to launch the emulation movement of the District People's Committee on organizing activities to celebrate major holidays in 2025".
At the same time, this is an opportunity to gather the sacred power of heaven, earth, ancestors, and descendants; through religious rituals to express the aspirations of the people in sacred space and time; review the historical and cultural traditions on the land of Long Bien "Spiritual land - Talented people" associated with the heroic tradition of Thang Long - Hanoi.
Through exchanges and performances to promote the role of Party committees and authorities at all levels in paying attention to preserving and promoting intangible cultural values, promoting the historical values of relics in the Linh Lang Dai Vuong worship relic system, contributing to promoting the development of spiritual cultural tourism economy, in order to concretize the content of "Developing cultural industry in the capital, period 2021 - 2025, orientation to 2030, vision to 2045" in Long Bien district.

The main stage is located at the Truong Lam communal house and pagoda relic complex (Viet Hung ward), which is an opportunity for the quintessence of intangible cultural heritage of Long Bien district to converge and shine. The distillation of the quintessence, the meticulousness and perfection in each performance by artists and mass actors contribute to affirming the richness and diversity of intangible cultural heritage in Long Bien, demonstrating the meeting, exchange, connection and spread.
The program also mentioned the event of Uncle Ho visiting the locality, the memories that the Party Committee and the People's Government of Truong Lam are forever proud of and passed down; as well as telling the story of Long Bien today and the aspiration to break through in the future.
According to the genealogy compiled by the Academician Nguyen Binh in 1572, Duc Thanh Linh Lang Dai Vuong was Prince Hoang Lang, son of King Ly Thanh Tong and his mother was Princess Hao Nuong. He contributed greatly to defeating the Song invaders who invaded our country at the end of the 11th century. To commemorate his merits, the king conferred on him the title "Linh Lang Dai Vuong Thuong Dang Phuc Than" and ordered the construction of a temple on Long Thu hill, now Voi Phuc Temple, to worship him. Temples were also built in many places across the country to worship him.
