On April 15, Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company approved the signing of a transaction contract with Vietjet regarding the leasing of equipment and some other services. The value of the contract and transaction is less than 35% of the total asset value according to the latest audit report of Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company.

The above situation has been reported by Vietjet Air passengers in recent days when many flights were delayed, causing frustration for many passengers.

Meanwhile, the stock price of Saigon Ground Services Corporation has also continuously decreased after the termination of the contract with Vietjet, forcing the company to find new customers to increase revenue.

Regarding the business situation, last year this company served 94,431 flights. However, this company said that because the corporate airlines providing services, especially domestic airlines, faced difficulties in cash flow, causing debt payments to be delayed, affecting business operations.
