On March 13, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of An Giang sent an official dispatch to the Department of Health and the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns in An Giang province requesting comments to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to issue an official dispatch directing strict implementation of rabies prevention and control in animals.
