Tran Van Thoi unit was delighted to receive the first prize for the whole group.
13 teams participating in the festival from districts, cities, colleges and universities in the province brought exciting, creative and emotional performances, contributing to spreading national pride and sense of responsibility of the young generation towards the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, awarded the first prize for solo singing to Tran Van Thoi's unit with the work "My road is long along the country".
During the summary and award ceremony this afternoon (April 20), the Organizing Committee awarded 32 prizes for the following categories: solo, duet, trio, group singing, singing and dancing, dance, skit, and awarded the overall group prize to 13 units that participated in accordance with the rules.
The skit "The Road Forward - Vietnam in Me" was elaborately staged by Cai Nuoc district and won first prize at the festival.
The most outstanding unit is Tran Van Thoi district with 3 first prizes in the categories: solo "My road is long along the country"; duet, trio "On the construction site, bustling with singing" and dance "The country is full of joy - The song of unification". At the same time, this unit also excellently won the first prize for the whole group.
The image of the red flag with yellow star fluttering on the stage evokes pride in the nation's heroic revolutionary tradition.
In the category of singing and dancing groups, Phu Tan district won first prize with the work “Proud of the Glorious Party”. In the category of skits and sketches, the two first prizes went to Cai Nuoc district with the skit “The Road Forward - Vietnam in Me” and Thoi Binh with “Silent Mothers”.
