Ninh Binh Province's 2023 Elderly Singing Festival with the participation of 300 singers, actors, and musicians from the elderly mass art troupes of 8 districts and cities.

Before participating in the provincial festival, the actors and musicians went through the grassroots festival to select the best faces and performances to participate in the provincial festival.

The teams will perform 30 acts in many genres: Cheo singing, Van singing, Xam singing, new songs, folk music ensembles, singing and dancing, etc.

The 2023 Ninh Binh Province Elderly Singing Festival is one of the provincial-level cultural and artistic activities, making an important contribution to propagating the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State on protecting, caring for and promoting the role of the elderly, encouraging and motivating the elderly to actively participate in the emulation movement "Old age - bright example" in the community; creating conditions for members to exchange, learn and share experiences in the fields of culture and arts, encouraging members to participate in the movement, promoting creativity, contributing to building a strong Elderly Association.
