Hai Ha District Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the establishment of Phuc An Vietnam Company Limited Labor Union

Leaders of Hai Ha District Labor Federation presented decisions to the Labor Union of Phuc An Vietnam Company Limited.

Phuc An Vietnam Co., Ltd. was granted an investment certificate on June 14, 2024. By March 2025, the company will start trial operation of the machine. The company specializes in producing blended fabrics for foreign markets. Currently, the company has attracted more than 80 workers.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Hai Ha District Labor Federation announced the decisions: Admitting union members, establishing the grassroots trade union and recognizing the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of Phuc An Vietnam Company Limited. According to the decision, the grassroots trade union of Phuc An Vietnam Company Limited will be recognized from April 1, 2025, under the Hai Ha District Labor Federation, with its own seal and legal status; performing tasks and powers according to the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Leaders of Phuc An Vietnam Company Limited and the Company's Trade Union signed the 2025 labor agreement.

At the announcement ceremony, the leaders of Phuc An Vietnam Company Limited signed a collective labor agreement with the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee in 2025 to create the best conditions for employees to work with peace of mind and contribute to the development of the Company.
