On the morning of April 20, the Labor Federation of Binh Luc district launched the Workers' Month, responding to the Month of Action on occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) in 2025, and gave gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor and representatives of Binh Luc District Party Committee presented gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Implementing the theme "Vietnamese workers are pioneers in entering a new era", the Binh Luc District Labor Federation requested grassroots unions to deploy specific activities, suitable to the practical situation of each locality and unit to respond to Workers' Month 2025. Focus on taking care of the interests of union members and workers through negotiation, signing collective labor agreements, dialogue; building and implementing democratic regulations at the grassroots level; coordinating inspection and supervision of the implementation of regimes and policies for workers; visiting and giving gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, labor accidents, and occupational diseases. Strengthening the work of developing union members, especially for enterprises with a large number of workers who have not joined the union; consolidating and perfecting the organization, improving the quality of activities of the grassroots union executive committee and union groups.

Promote patriotic emulation movements; organize cultural, artistic and sports activities well to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere among workers, civil servants and laborers. Take advantage of the leadership of Party committees at all levels, coordinate with authorities and employers to organize activities "Workers for enterprises, enterprises for workers"; commend and reward union members and laborers with outstanding achievements in work and production.

Actively coordinate with employers to organize activities in response to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health with the theme "Strengthening assessment, identification of hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace".

On this occasion, the District Labor Federation symbolically supported a "Union Shelter" worth 50 million VND and gave nearly 130 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, worth 500,000 VND/gift.

Within the framework of the launching ceremony, the District Labor Federation organized the “Worker Dance” Contest with the participation of 6 teams from grassroots unions in the enterprise. This is a practical activity of the Binh Luc District Labor Federation to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification, and the 139th anniversary of International Labor Day.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes to the participating teams and 2 additional prizes to the team with the best costume and the team with the most impressive dance.
