The joint venture of Dai Quang Minh Company and Son Hai Group is the investor of the Dau Giay

On April 16, Mr. Dinh Cong Minh, Director of Thang Long Project Management Board ( Ministry of Construction ) said that the Ministry of Construction has issued a decision approving the results of selecting investors to implement the Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway Project (phase 1) under the public-private partnership (PPP) method.

Accordingly, the winning investor is the consortium of Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and Son Hai Group Company Limited.

Based on the results of the approved investor selection, the Ministry of Construction assigned the Thang Long Project Management Board to complete the draft contract according to the provisions of the bidding documents and legal regulations, and submit it to the Vietnam Road Administration to organize negotiations with the investor. Based on the negotiations, the Thang Long Project Management Board is responsible for completing the project contract and submitting it to the Vietnam Road Administration for signing.

The Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway Project is over 60km long, starting at Km0+000, the intersection area with National Highway 1, connecting with Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, in Dau Giay town, Thong Nhat district; ending at Km60+243.83 (end of the intersection area with National Highway 20), connecting with the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Project, in Phu Son commune, Tan Phu district.

The project is implemented under the form of BOT (build - operate - transfer) contract.

In phase 1, the project is invested and built according to the standards of a class 100 highway, with a scale of 4 lanes and a roadbed width of 17m. The weak ground sections, bridges and emergency stops will be constructed to a complete scale, with a roadbed width of nearly 25m.
