Pursuant to regulations on receiving citizens, participating in resolving complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee announces the schedule for regular citizen reception in 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee as follows:
January: January 10 (Friday); February: February 10 (Monday); March: March 10 (Monday); April: April 10 (Thursday); May: May 12 (Monday); June: June 10 (Tuesday); July: July 10 (Thursday); August: August 11 (Monday); September: September 10 (Wednesday); October: October 10 (Friday); November: November 10 (Monday); December: December 10 (Wednesday).
The place for citizen reception of the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is Hall A of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (address: No. 14 Tran Phu, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province).
In case of any change in the time and location of the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee's regular citizen reception, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will notify in writing.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee assigned the Committee for Democracy and Law to preside over and coordinate with the Office of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to ensure necessary conditions to well serve the periodic citizen reception work of the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
