After a period of temporary suspension of school attendance due to heavy rain and flooding, a number of universities in Thai Nguyen province have announced the schedule for students to return to in-person classes.
At the University of Agriculture and Forestry (Thai Nguyen University), on the morning of September 11, units promptly overcame the consequences of the flood and stabilized the school. Therefore, training activities will return to normal from September 12.
Similarly, the University of Science, University of Economics and Business Administration (Thai Nguyen University) said that students will return to normal study from September 12.
Schools should note that students in areas severely affected by floods and unable to travel to school due to objective reasons may arrive later after traffic is safe. These cases should be immediately informed to the homeroom teacher for advice and support.
The University of Education (Thai Nguyen University) continues to give staff, lecturers, and students a day off on September 12 and 13. Make-up classes will be arranged later. The University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Thai Nguyen University) gives students and trainees a day off from theory and practice, and cancels exams from September 10 to September 15.
In the Hanoi area, Hanoi University of Science and Technology has just announced that new students will return to in-person learning from September 12 according to the schedule.
For students of course K68 and earlier and advanced engineers, theoretical classes and exercises will continue to extend online teaching and learning time until September 21.
Experimental, practical, and national defense and security education classes will continue to be taught in person according to the schedule. Physical education classes will be taught in person from September 16. In case students cannot attend due to force majeure, they will be arranged to make up for the class later.
For part-time students, classes will be online until September 21. For graduate students, depending on the situation, teachers can proactively implement online or offline.
Meanwhile, in the opposite direction, many other universities continue to switch from in-person to online learning to ensure safety or overcome damage caused by storm No. 3.
Banking Academy will conduct online teaching for all courses at Banking Academy headquarters and Bac Ninh branch from September 11 to September 13. Courses held on September 14 will be closed, and make-up classes for students will be scheduled in the reserve week.
Hanoi University of Business and Technology allows students to study online from the afternoon of September 11 until further notice.
Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment also organizes online teaching from September 12 to September 22. Hanoi University of Industry allows students to study online until the end of this week, for theoretical classes. Practical classes/sessions are organized to teach directly or in a suitable form according to the characteristics of the subject or adjust the study time according to actual conditions.
Hanoi Capital University also announced online learning from September 11 to 15.
