According to the plan for preparing and organizing the 2023 high school graduation exam in Appendix II issued with Official Letter 1515/BGDĐT-QLCL, the time for announcing the results of the 2023 high school graduation exam is 8:00 AM on July 18, 2023.
After receiving their exam scores, if candidates have any questions about their scores, they can request a review of their exam papers.
The review of multiple-choice test papers for the 2023 high school graduation exam is carried out according to Clause 5, Article 33 of the Regulations on the High School Graduation Exam issued together with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDĐT.

The Examination Review Board receives the review account information on the software from the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) via email at qlthi@moet.gov.vn (receiving emails from the MOET is done outside the review area).
The Examination Review Board receives CDs containing review data (Excel files containing a list of candidates requesting a review by subject), CDs containing grading information (handed over to the Examination Board by the Examination Grading Board), scanners, servers, and workstations, etc., from the Examination Board.
The Examination Review Board enters the review data into the software, checks the exam papers of candidates requesting a review, and compares each answer on the candidate's answer sheet with the scanned image and the corrected recognition results saved in the Multiple Choice Exam Scoring Software during the grading process.
If any errors are detected, adjustments should be made in the test scoring software to re-score and generate a review report.
After grading is complete, the Examination Review Board will export the data report (CD4). Note: CD4 contains a backup copy of the software's database. Please check the contents of CD4 to ensure that all folders and files are present as instructed by the software.
The deadline for submitting the CD4 data disc containing the results of the multiple-choice test review and completing the multiple-choice test review process is in accordance with the 2023 High School Graduation Examination Work Schedule in Appendix I.
Meanwhile, the review process for the essay portion of the 2023 high school graduation exam is being conducted as follows:
The Examination Marking Committee must assign at least three people to create new markings for the exam papers of candidates who have submitted appeals. The people responsible for marking the papers must be completely isolated from the time they begin their task until the completion of the appeal marking process.
The process of assigning new codes to exam papers is carried out by the Code Assignment Committee using a one-round process with the Exam Marking Support Software provided by the Ministry of Education and Training, or manually; the old codes are sealed and new codes are assigned before handing over the newly assigned exam paper bags to the Examination Council Secretariat.
The Examination Review Board for essay exams will re-grade the exams according to the grading guidelines, ensuring that the principle of two examiners independently grading each exam paper is followed.
