Searching online for house cleaning tips, wife discovers husband cheating

A woman discovered her husband was cheating after searching online for cleaning tips after noticing several objects in the house had mysteriously changed color.

A woman from the US, whose Reddit account is @mioraa, recently shared the shocking story of how she discovered her husband was cheating, after a seemingly harmless incident.

The story begins when she notices that objects in her house start to change color strangely.

At first, she saw the cat's fur had a light blue color, then a series of other items such as bedding, sofa, and even the walls in the room also appeared with similar discoloration.

She thought it might be mold or maybe the detergent she was using. But after testing and eliminating all of these possibilities, she still couldn’t find an answer. She went online to share her story and search for cleaning tips. She hoped to get some advice from the community on how to solve this strange problem.

"For some reason, everything in my house is turning green," she wrote.

Redditors suggested that the cause could be her cat's exposure to a strange green substance. She tracked her cat's every move and took her to the vet, but nothing came of it.

All she noticed was a discoloration that had been evident in her bedroom for the past few months, and she had no idea what was going on.

“I had to find out,” she insisted, and continued investigating. Eventually, a random comment from a Reddit user led to the shocking discovery.

"You won't believe it, but imagine your husband cheating on you with a woman wearing dark blue jeans. The jeans give off a blue tint when they come into contact with household items, from your cat changing color!" one person commented.

The wife followed and checked her husband's phone and discovered some very sensitive Instagram messages from "a woman in jeans". It was true that her husband was having an affair.

She was heartbroken, took the cat and went back to her parents' house. She also told her husband that she needed time to think and would consider divorce.
