Bought a gun online and shot and killed a man suspected of having an affair with his wife.

Regarding the case of shooting a man to death because he was suspected of having an affair with his wife, on May 27, news from the Criminal Police Department of Dak Lak Province Police, the unit has just issued a decision to prosecute the accused, and ordered a 4-month temporary detention for Hoang Ngoc Nhan (38 years old, residing in Ea Pok Town, Cu Mgar District, Dak Lak) to investigate the act of murder.

Nhan was identified as the suspect who shot and killed a man because he suspected him of having an affair with his wife. The victim in the case was Mr. NH (38 years old, residing in Quang Phu Town, Cu Mgar District).

Earlier, in the early morning of May 21, people discovered Mr. H. dead next to his motorbike on the side of the road in village 8, Ea Kpam commune, Cu Mgar district, so they reported it to the police.

Through an autopsy, authorities determined that the victim died from a gunshot wound to the head. The suspect was later identified as Hoang Ngoc Nhan.

At noon that same day, Nhan turned himself in, handing over the gun and 5 bullets. At the police station, Nhan confessed that in early 2022, Nhan discovered that his wife and Mr. NH were having an affair. After that, Nhan's wife moved out and rented a room.

Angry because H. repeatedly challenged him, around October 2022, Nhan ordered a gun and 6 bullets online for 3 million VND with the intention of killing H.

On the evening of May 20, seeing Mr. H. enter Nhan's wife's rented room in Ea Kpam commune, Nhan went home to get his gun and loaded it. When he returned, seeing H. stop the car on the side of the road, Nhan used the gun to shoot the victim once in the head, causing him to die on the spot.
