On the morning of May 27, the provincial Social Insurance coordinated with the provincial Post Office to organize a launching ceremony to respond to the "Month of mobilizing the implementation of universal social insurance - Communicating and mobilizing people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance".
With the theme “Accompanying Social Insurance for a better life”, the launching ceremony aims to widely inform about the meaning, role, and humane benefits of voluntary social insurance, family health insurance policies, and the rights and benefits of participation. Thereby, affirming the deep concern, leadership, and direction of the Party, National Assembly, and Government for the cause of social security for all people.
This is also an opportunity to strengthen communication on the coordination of the implementation of Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW of the 7th Conference of the 12th Central Executive Committee on reforming social insurance policies, Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW on strengthening the protection, care and improvement of people's health in the new situation; affirming high political determination in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies in the spirit of the Party's resolutions in the entire political and social system.
At the same time, strengthen the role and responsibility of all levels and sectors in implementing policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance, towards the goal of social insurance and health insurance for all people.
Through messages such as "Accompanying Social Insurance for a better life", "Join Social Insurance - contribute today, save for the future", "Join family health insurance to protect the health of family members"... propaganda activities will focus on potential groups of subjects such as farming households, business owners, artisans; workers in cooperatives, traditional craft villages; small traders, individual business households, workers who have stopped participating in Social Insurance and are reserving their payment period... to mobilize participation in voluntary Social Insurance and family health insurance.
Strive on the launching day, each district and city will develop at least 50 people to participate in voluntary social insurance, 80 people to participate in family health insurance, contributing to completing the target of developing social insurance and health insurance participants in 2023.
After the launching ceremony, the provincial Social Insurance and Provincial Post Office officers organized a mobile propaganda parade on some main streets and divided into small groups to go to residential areas, traditional markets, shopping centers, etc. to propagate, mobilize, and persuade people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance.
