Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Van Binh emphasized that environmental protection (BVMT) and climate change adaptation (CC) are important issues, having a great impact on the sustainable development of the country, ensuring national defense, security and social security. This is not only the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals but also the culture, ethics and standards to ensure a civilized and developed society. Therefore, he called on cadres, party members, religious organizations and households in the village community to further raise awareness and responsibility in building effective models.

Actively protecting, managing, exploiting, using resources and energy economically and effectively. Regularly organizing general cleaning in villages and hamlets; encouraging all households to plant trees, build flower gardens and ornamental plants. Participating in monitoring the implementation of environmental protection and climate change adaptation of organizations and individuals in the community. Summarizing, replicating the model, praising and rewarding collectives and individuals with achievements in implementing the model.
Provincial leaders, local departments, branches and sectors witnessed representatives of households signing a commitment to compete in responding to the model.
Responding to the launching ceremony, the village chief, the village front committee and households signed a commitment to compete and expressed their determination to actively and effectively participate in the model to protect the environment and adapt to climate change.
