The 100th Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day is scheduled to be held on June 18, 2025.

On the afternoon of April 11, the Organizing Committee of Major Holidays of Quang Nam province held a meeting to listen to a report on the detailed plan to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025).

As planned, the celebration will be held on the afternoon of June 18, 2025 at the Provincial People's Committee Hall. Activities include: screening the film 100 years of Quang Nam journalism, awarding the medal for the cause of journalism, commending and awarding awards to outstanding journalists of Quang Nam province.

The ceremony aims to review the glorious tradition, important and great contributions, and noble mission of the Vietnamese revolutionary press in the cause of building and defending the homeland and country. It affirms the care and concern of the Party, State, local Party committees and authorities, and the support and trust of the people for the Vietnamese revolutionary press.

The meeting received many comments from delegates regarding the guest list, the time of the event, and the content of the celebration. In addition, some delegates suggested that the criteria for praising and rewarding outstanding journalists should be clearly defined.
