Eaton Park is Gamuda Land's 5th project in Vietnam. The project has a scale of 3.5 hectares, owning residential apartments (including penthouses), commercial townhouses and business shops.

Located in a prime location on Mai Chi Tho Avenue, Thu Duc City, the project owns a series of resort amenities such as infinity pool, jacuzzi, international standard fitness center, modern golf course, family-friendly facilities and pets hidden in the green campus.
