The festival takes place on Nguyen Phan Vinh Street, throughout the festival there will be many activities for visitors to experience such as: pot smashing games, bamboo pulling, swimming, sand making, windsurfing, parasailing...

The festival will feature sports and music activities such as: charity run (300m for children and 1,000m for adults), traditional art performances, fashion shows, fire dancing, 80s music DJs and street zumba...

At the event, there will also be a Tan Thanh fishing village market with about 100 stalls selling old goods, handicrafts, handmade items, cuisine...

In particular, this event will have the participation of 6 community tourism villages of the Co Tu, Ta Oi, Bru Van Kieu ethnic groups... from the mountainous districts west of Truong Son of Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Nam, Thua Thien Hue.
