With the desire to preserve and spread the core traditional values of Vietnamese Pho flavor, Masan Consumer, Chin-su brand, and Vietnam Fish Sauce Association accompany the 2025 Van Cu Pho Traditional Festival to bring a cultural space imbued with identity with traditional rituals and delicious bowls of pho personally prepared by artisans of Van Cu village.
Specifically, in the 3-day event series, on the morning of April 6, the festival officially opened with many traditional cultural activities honoring the pho profession. Visitors experienced many attractive cultural activities, visited the pho cooking process, participated in folk games and enjoyed the original pho flavor from Van Cu, Nam Dinh .

At the festival, more than 50 artisans from the Van Cu Pho Association prepared about 6,000 bowls of pho to serve diners, bringing the opportunity to enjoy authentic pho to thousands of visitors from all over the world.
Diners enjoy the original flavor of pho with the spicy and aromatic Chin-su seasoning.
This activity is not only an opportunity for tourists to enjoy pho but also has a profound meaning of spreading the value of Van Cu pho - a culinary heritage of Nam Dinh, while at the same time arousing pride in Vietnamese culinary culture.
