On the morning of December 19, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to the Hung Ha District People's Committee report on the progress of organizing the Tran Temple Festival in 2025. The Tran Temple Festival 2025 will be held on a provincial scale for 5 days, from February 10 to 14 (January 13 to 17) at the special national relic of the tomb and temple complex of the Tran Dynasty kings, Tien Duc commune (Hung Ha). The ceremonial activities include: the temple opening ceremony, the incense offering ceremony at the tomb complex, the water procession ceremony, the opening ceremony, and the worship ceremony taking place on January 13. The festival activities include: wrapping banh chung, clay firecrackers, fish dishes, betel and phoenix wings, making fire to cook rice, tug of war, chess, Vietnam Poetry Day, Cheo Club exchange, singing festival, etc. In addition, during the Tran Temple Festival, the organizing committee will arrange a booth to display and introduce OCOP products at the festival grounds. The activities taking place during the festival are in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring solemnity, impression, safety, economy, high educational value, demonstrating the unique culture of Thai Binh land and people as well as Long Hung - Hung Ha land.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that for the epic art program in the opening ceremony of the Tran Temple Festival, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the artistic commentary. Propaganda work and maintaining a green - clean - beautiful environment throughout the relic site must be focused on. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People's Committee of Hung Ha district to survey the location where the opening ceremony of the festival is expected to be held so that preparation activities can take place soon, ensuring work progress.

He suggested that Hung Ha district absorb the opinions and contributions of delegates at the meeting, coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to review the content of the opening program script, creating a spread of the meaning of the Tran Temple Festival.
